If so, there is hope. I will walk alongside you on your mental health journey with validation, gentleness and practical suggestions. I believe good therapy includes genuine connection and humor. I will laugh at your jokes (if they're funny), and maybe even make a few (but no guarantees they'll be funny).

Eclectic, collaborative, and person-centered is how I would describe my approach. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, recovering co-dependents, and fellow social workers. I am a queer, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed provider who's interested in intersectional feminism. I'm Health at Every Size oriented. I'm also a parent!
