I am Dr. Gonzales and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Supervision, and Financial Social Worker. I work with individuals struggling with affective disorders (depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma) and financial stress affecting overall wellbeing. While Dr. Gonzales is not accepting new clients, BeMeBetter utilizes licensed providers and supervised interns to provide direct care for a variety of mental health concerns. BeMeBetter also offers various groups and Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS).
Using a Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based model of therapy, clients mindfully discover and use their strengths more effectively.
