I specialize in working with mothers who experience treatment resistant depression or anxiety after birth (many of whom have also experienced trauma). I help mothers heal and move forward through EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Therapy both of which are evidence based, safe, and have amazing results associated with them.
As a mother of 2 children and a survivor of PPD myself, I feel deeply invested in helping mothers heal fast. Mothers do not have time to waste on dragging out the healing process.
