This is an online therapy & support group for adult women in Michigan seeking support & community in recovering from trauma, abuse, & generally all of the effects of living in a patriarchal / misogynistic society. We empower you in: boundaries, self-esteem, truths & myths about abuse, safety, decision making, sexuality, communication, self-destructive behaviors, personal healing, & self-trust. No one is ever required to speak or share their story in this group. You will get so much out of this group even by just showing up & listening.
