Well, I also like to think of them as indicators. Emotional experiences aren’t without reason, oftentimes they’re trying to tell us something. Emotions can help us uncover valuable information about our needs, desires, and areas that may benefit from healing. I enjoy helping fellow humans make sense of their past, as they work on the present, to achieve sustainable change for a more fulfilling future. Understanding your experience matters to me.
Regardless of the situation, I will meet you where you’re at and help you to identify and utilize strengths (which you already possess, btw) as we move closer toward the goals you envision for yourself. I believe my work with clients to be a collaborative endeavor that thrives in an honest and open space free of judgment.
