I am trained in Play Therapy and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, family dynamics, self-esteem, and stress management.
Along with being a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I have a Master's in clinical mental health counseling and a Master’s in early childhood education. I worked as a first-grade teacher for five years before pursuing a career in counseling. My time spent teaching children inspired my passion for helping others.
