Are you new to Charlotte and looking for a therapist? Are you dealing with anxious thoughts, a stressful job, or a difficult life transition? Whether you're dealing with anxiety, indecision, or just having difficulty coping with everything on your plate, I am here to help you find the means to thrive!
I offer a blend of therapies tailored to each individual's needs at the time. Some of the more common therapies I use include Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Mindfulness Self Compassion, & Exposure Response Prevention just to name a few. I often see individuals ages 23 years or older, who identify as female and/or are from the LGBTQIA+ community.
