Hey, Dude. You're Dad now. Don't let the family you come from damage the family that comes from you. Fatherhood is heart work, and the wisest parts of you need to balance work with life and cope with stress around the clock - day in, day out. New Dads need a therapist who will listen to them and join them through the truth. Accountability brings on whole new meanings in life now, and believe you me, you want to accumulate the least amount of regrets. You need therapy to challenge AND support you because your fatherhood outlasts you; it lives on and ripples in the impact of a legacy that you're building now for all time.
I help men, especially new dads, find more confidence, compassion, and connection in their emotional and relational lives. Advanced and specialized trainings in postpartum mental health and perinatal mood & anxiety disorders inform my clinical work to empower men through some of the hardest and most emotional, relational times in life.
Life can feel busy. There's always a million things going on, and I know what that's like for me. Openings in my practice are limited. Looking forward to seeing if we're a good fit.
