In my Somatic approach to psychotherapy, I love offering a supportive container that is welcoming and inviting for individuals to experience the holistic embodiment of their unique being. It is an invaluable gift to witness individuals in their aliveness. I believe that each individual has access within to be able to thrive and feel empowered to live deeply connected to a meaningful purpose in their lives. This monthly meeting online group will provide a sacred space to learn and practice the art of being human. Our visits together, will help to shed light on embodying being a human being in real time with other human beings. It can be very helpful to take a time out (or many), for intentional space with other individuals, to remember to lean back into relationships, to remember that your body always has you, that by being here, we can all help one another come home again.
