I specialize in treating individuals and couples that want to improve their relational dynamics, self esteem and phase-of-life issues and reclaim their lives. I do this by helping clients first become aware of what is at the root of unwanted behaviors and patterns and second, repair and implement a new approach to our thoughts, relationships, and life in general. My clients range from students and families to influencers, business professionals, athletes, artists, and individuals seeking to better themselves. My treatment plans consider a holistic approach and can be done in person or online.
As a wellness coach and psychotherapist I bring my enthusiasm for healing and helping my clients reclaim their lives to the session. I meet my clients where they are at and bring evidence-based tools and interventions that can be somatic, depth, attachment, gestalt, mindfulness, or cognitive-based depending on the needs of my clients.

Life Beyond Divorce (Women's Group)
This is a virtual group therapy for women that meet on Tuesdays at noon. The only prerequisite is that the participants are female and in some stage of their divorce. This group supports women who have been struggling to make and finally made the decision to divorce and would benefit from increasing their self worth, self efficacy, build resilience by learning how to better manage their anxiety with the added benefit of being in a safe virtual space where other women are also going through it or have gone through a divorce.
