My clients come to be to be fully seen, accepted, and understood. This allows them to see themselves in a new way and come into alignment with their best selves.
I utilize psychodynamic and current trauma practices for adults and offer play therapy and parent coaching for young children. I believe you are the expert in your child and involve you in your child’s treatment. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, attention difficulties, overwhelm, parenting, existential and relationship issues.
