Over 15 years of experience and receiving my Master's in Counseling from Kean University has allowed me to work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various difficulties.As a trauma-informed therapist, I can also ensure and provide care to clients to help build coping skills that will reprocess and desensitize trauma responses.

I believe that anyone can get themselves "unstuck" from harmful patterns of thinking and behaving to live their best life. Examining these behaviors and thought patterns are vital to breaking the cycle that makes them unhappy. Once you learn to trust your intuition, regain your voice, and speak your truth, you heal.
