My main focus in therapy is to help clients move towards their goals, reduce anxiety and stress, and to get out of autopilot and start living again. This is a different experience for everyone depending on their goals which can range from creating new coping skills, finding opportunities to set boundaries, or just having a safe space to process challenges.
I primarily work with those wishing to focus on topics relating to anxiety, depression, relationships and boundaries, and disordered eating. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we work together to best meet your needs and work towards your therapy goals.
It's important to me to get to know every client's background and style to find the approach or intervention that works best. I'm currently doing telehealth only in the state of WA.
