I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, trained in EMDR. Trauma, abuse, codependent relationships, first responders and therapy for therapists. I offer flexible structure including intensives such as one 3 hour session, two 3 hour sessions over two days, and many others. It is important to me that we find the rhythm that fits best with your needs.
I get it - therapy is scary. Daring to dream again about your life and what “could be” takes courage. I will help you nurture that courage. You have it!
