Many people struggle with feeling like they need to push through and avoid the hurt and stress they’ve been carrying to be strong. My passion is in helping you lift the burden you’ve been carrying and truly see and hear your story. You don't need a reason to start therapy, sometimes you just need someone to talk with and process life and all of its twists and turns. As an attachment therapist, we’ll look at how your symptoms are not a reflection of some personal flaw, but rather as a symptom of a larger relational problem. My goal is to become a safe and consistent attachment figure for you.
I help people navigate and find ways of coping with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and issues in their relationships through collaborative conversations. I'm passionate about working with those who are looking to build brighter futures in their relationships and careers.
If you're ready to set off on this journey of self-discovery and healing, have hope that things can and will get better. Results don't happen overnight. It takes time and dedication to see the results you're hoping for. If you've made it this far, send me an email. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
