Welcome to Balancing Thoughts Counseling Services (BTCS)! I believe as life happens... soon will be the search for healing and transformation! BTCS offers a safe space to work through life's challenges as support is provided for individuals and couples desiring change through specific, guided goals. We provide support for Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship Struggles, Self Esteem Issues, and Stress Related Concerns. With motivation to work on YOU, the first step of your healing has already begun!
BTCS provides you with a non-judgmental space to explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards a happier, more fulfilling life. You will receive personalized guidance and support allowing you to face challenging transitions better prepared.
I became a therapist to assist individuals and couples in navigating life transitions, work on their healing, and improve their mental well-being. I created Balancing Thoughts Counseling Services to provide a service for embracing healthy thought patterns and becoming mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually restored.
