As a trauma therapist, I specialize in healing wounds that you have likely been carrying around for years, by releasing the physical symptoms your body is holding onto (tension, anxiety, insomnia) and healing your inner child who was wounded by traumatic events or abusive/emotionally unavailable parents. Even in loving families, unseen hurts may linger.
