I am a family systems trained relational therapist who practices through a trauma informed, culturally aware, and LGBTQ+ friendly lens. I believe that the therapeutic process is a collaborative one in which you are the expert in your life and already possess strengths that can be harnessed to address difficulties.
In my role as therapist, I will assist you in exploring and processing difficult experiences, finding creative ways to resolve problems, and increase your ability to cope with challenges. The primary goal we will work toward is for you to achieve healthy and balanced function in all areas of life.
My primary treatment areas are anxiety
, depression
, marital difficulties
, (infidelity
, divorce
, intimacy / sexual concerns
), parenting / co-parenting
, relational conflicts, and adjustment to life transitions. If you are facing a problem that is out of my scope of practice I will refer you to someone with expertise in that area.
Our rapport will be important to success in therapy. I offer free 15 minute consultations to get an idea of what you want to address and to provide information about myself and the process. This will give us an opportunity to make sure we are likely a good fit before scheduling your first session. Please reach out to schedule your consultation today!
