As a therapist, my intention is to provide an authentically safe and holistic therapeutic space that promotes healing, exploration, and growth.
My approach is guided by Experiential and Somatic Therapy, with Adlerian influences. I consider the effects of societal factors and upbringing have on your well-being, holistically. I incorporate inner critic exploration, shadow work, and narrative techniques to facilitate client's change. I specialize in couples/family therapy, sex therapy and trauma.
