Are you grappling with finding your purpose? I often hear my clients describe their situation as feeling stuck or trapped; similar to moving through quicksand. My typical client is looking for themself, their purpose, and may be having a lot of extensional questions about the meaning of life. Contrary to public belief, you are here, and thankfully you don't have to look any further! You don't need to go on Eat, Pray, Love 3-month excursion, unless you want to, of course. Sometimes these thoughts and challenges are caused by trauma, life transitions, or a mental health concern.
On our own, finding purpose can be challenging. My goal is to help you find and more than likely, remember your strengths. Sometimes life circumstances cause us to loose hope. I see my job as collaborating with you to move from hopeless to hopeful. I believe people heal in relationships and I believe healing is possible for all of us.
