I help by identifying and building upon your strengths and using attachment and trauma-based counseling techniques.

I use talk therapy for adults and a person-centered and solution-focused approach. I have training in EMDR. I also use play, sand, bibliotherapy, and art techniques. I’m AutPlay certified and have Level 1 training in Theraplay, and I'm currently obtaining Level 1 Training in Synergetic Play Therapy. I also have training from PSI for Maternal Mental Health.

I work with all clients to develop a customized plan to improve quality of life, emotional wellness, and relationships with an integrative approach rooted in honest acceptance. You do not have to face challenges alone! Since connection is key, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
