Believing that people are influenced and nurtured during early primary relationships, I consider it an honor to partner with parents and significant caregivers, creating a holistic team that benefits clients. Taking a strengths-based approach, I value the unique and creative contributions of all, including those who identify as neurodivergent. I believe that every child is worthy of being seen, being heard and that everyone's story matters.
Through play-based activities, I focus on esteem-building, decision-making, and relationships. I implement expressive arts-based activities, including painting, drawing, clay, and sandtray. I may also implement expressive-arts-based activities with adults.
I'm certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and a DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula. Because of this experience, I’m familiar with the physiological processes of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and how these may connect with both maternal and paternal mental health.
