I work with individuals, couples, and families desiring to gain deeper insight, overcome difficulties, and find healing within the context of a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, career direction, and identity issues.
As a systems-focused therapist, I believe that people are formed within the systems they are a part of and that early experiences with parents and caregivers can be very formative in personality and identity development. I utilize approaches and techniques from attachment theory, Gottman, and EFT to help individuals and couples meet their goals.
