Something doesn't feel right, but you can’t quite figure it out. Or, you know exactly what you'd like to change, but you're not sure how to get there. You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, burnt out, sad, or lost. I believe the answers already lie within you and I'm here to help you find them. I help couples at any stage improve their relationship functioning. I work with high achievers, deep feelers, leaders and creatives who want to build skills for managing stress, tolerating difficult emotions, and balancing drive with ease.
I specialize in relationships: to self, to work, to substances/alcohol, and between partners. My style is interactive and relational, blending evidence-based treatment with real-life experience and a sense of humor. My approach is psychodynamic, mindful, polyvagal-informed and strongly non-judgmental. We’ll work with information from your body and your mind.
I believe the answers already lie within you and I'm here to help you find them. Whatever your goals are, I welcome all parts of you into our sessions. I work with clients from a variety of cultures & identities. I align with antiracist, feminist, LGBTQIA2+, sex positivity & disability movements, Harm Reduction, and Health at Every Size (HAES).
