As a sex and relationships therapist, I support individuals and couples in working through communication challenges, discrepancy in desire, betrayal and lack of trust/infidelity, sexual compulsivity, sexual trauma, sexual inexperience, STI/STDs, sex therapy, ENM, sexual dysfunction such as erectile dysfunction and vaginismus, and more. I use a warm and nonjudgmental approach to support clients in releasing shame to get to the root of healing. I believe that all clients have the inner resources and tools with which to navigate life’s challenges and that it is my job to support clients in identifying and strengthening these tools.
We will explore how past and present hurts may be creating road blocks in your path toward healing. I will support you in moving through stuck emotions/trauma (I am EMDR trained) so that you can create space for connection and joy. I provide a collaborative, goal directed, and structured therapeutic space so that my clients can get the most out of therapy.
