My passion is helping people adjust to significant transitions in their lives. Often when we experience changes in our lives, we lose our sense of balance and identity. I work with clients to set and achieve realistic goals, while using one's values and strengths to help achieve these goals.
I have extensive training in helping those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and family concerns. Having worked in a medical setting, I have expertise in helping individuals and families who are affected by illness. I have also worked in schools with students who are experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges.
