I specialize in perinatal/reproductive mental health, navigating infertility, transitioning to parenthood, adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, living with a cancer diagnosis or other serious illness, caregiver support, grief/loss, and end of life care. I am passionate about providing high-quality, holistic, and compassionate mental health care during times of transition.
I have completed extensive training in holistic perinatal care with specialized training in the postpartum period and am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. My many years of working in oncology and palliative care in a hospital-based setting informs my passion for reducing suffering for individuals/caregivers confronting a serious or terminal illness.
I offer compassionate & holistic mental health care tailored to each individual and take pride in listening deeply to those I have the honor of serving as a therapist. I believe in utilizing a collaborative approach to help you reach your goals and to empower you to be the person you want to be, as you confront the challenges in your life.
