Helping people heal with therapy is a deep passion of mine. When we work together, my priority is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and seen.
I work with clients to help them develop the skills they need to show up as their best selves. I focus on building emotional awareness, helping you understand your emotions and the reasons behind them. Together, we deepen your emotional intelligence and expand your vocabulary of feelings.
