Groups
Essence of Rest
The purpose of our group is to build a safe space for BIPOC Women to find rest through community and as they reconstruct their learned narratives around rest and productivity. In doing so, this group will explore the meaning of rest as an essential component of our well-being. We will support each other in the group as we share, learn, process & practice healthy emotional living together utilizing evidence based approaches. The overarching goals of the group will encompass three key objectives: 1. Building a Trusting and Vulnerable Community. 2. Enhancing Connection with our Body Signals and Self-Awareness. 3. Incorporating Rest into Daily Life.
