As a seasoned psychologist with deep training in trauma, I am skilled in the treatment of PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, academic concerns, and the transgenerational transmission of trauma. Treatment begins with a brief phone consultation followed by an in-depth intake session.
Using psychodynamic and somatic approaches, I assist in learning to attend to and be with emotional and bodily responses as they occur, building understanding, empathy and skills to help manage distress along the way.
