Sometimes when life gets overwhelming or too busy, we can lose sight of the things that help us stay in balance. Before we know it, parts of our lives feel out of alignment. Somatic therapy takes a whole body approach to wellness and healing. Focused on healing the nervous system, exploration engages not only the story of our lives, but considers what it feels like to exist within your body. Empowerment looks like getting in touch with the signals and wisdom our body is telling us to get into alignment.
