I look forward to serving you in deepening your connection to and understanding of self. My approach to working with individuals and couples is eclectic, often drawing on my training in Internal Family Systems work, Psychodrama, & EMDR. Through combining my 20+ years of experience as a bodyworker & yoga practitioner with my 10+ years as an Art Therapist/Counselor, sessions are often experiential & dynamic.
I employ mindfulness practices & somatic awareness prompts, mainly through the lens of Gestalt therapy. My approach is trauma informed, & I enjoy supporting clients in building non-violent communication/compassionate communication skills to better relate to themselves & loved ones.
