For more than 10 years, I have helped teenagers and adults process through significant life changes and stressors. I specialize in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I offer a kind, warm, compassionate and caring therapeutic style. During your initial visit, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and I will ask several questions regarding your history. Together, we will decide on the best treatment method that will help you determine and accomplish your goals.
