Heartbreak is as old as time and still so painful and lonely! It is a unique recovery because after a relationship loss a person is left to confront two paths of recovery at the same time. You may be both grieving the loss of your relationship while focusing on rebuilding a new life and reality. I have seen my clients grow and even thrive despite the heartache though! I am seeing clients throughout Texas online and in person for the RGV area in McAllen TX. If you are feeling down, anxious and overwhelmed by the changes in your life, I want to help you feel confident and secure again.
As the therapist, I do believe my role is to be the person to offer guidance, support, information & ideas as they help me understand their breakup. My clients know they can trust me to hold space for them so that they can rebuild their lives with dignity and integrity. We can process the loss and they can still become who they prefer to be.
I have been a child of divorce & I have myself been divorced. I am the professional you deserve with all of my knowledge and experience; and I am also the human who can understand some of what you are facing now.
