It’s grueling for anyone considering ending a relationship because they have lost their passion for their partner, are eternally conflicted, or feeling weighed down in their relationship. You might be worried about how your kids will take the news, if you can financially recover, or even second-guessing if divorce is the right move. I am a Certified Gottman Therapist and I use the Gottman’s relationship research to help couples develop friendship, manage conflict, and create a meaningful relationship that lasts a lifetime.

I am accepting new clients as of 10/07/24. I help people make meaning of their conflicts, emotions and know what’s holding them back from breaking through their problems. I help you get to the bottom of what brings you to therapy as soon as possible to give you the most relief and peace as soon as possible.

I help people find and maintain their recovery by making meaning of deep and intense emotions to sustain recovery efforts. I would love to connect with you to help you through this season of life. Resilient Relationships is a support group for people attempting pregnancy and have been diagnosed with primary infertility. The group focuses on restoring resiliency to your relationship since the process of infertility is taxing. This group is capped at 6 participants (12 people) to keep intimacy and confidentiality. If you are interested in learning more, please give me a call to start the screening process to make sure you will benefit from this type of therapy.
