In session, we will work on increasing your brain's flexibility to create sustainable change within your relationship with yourself and with others. I'm passionate about working with college students and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
I am trained and utilize Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) which is an evidenced based treatment that helps individuals create an integrated self and a life aligned with their deepest values. I also utilize IFS which helps to identify and find healing between the multifaceted parts of us that are often in conflict with one another.
