I believe that knowing oneself is an important step in developing a fulfilling life and fulfilling relationships. The story of who we are impacts how we see ourselves, our companions, and our challenges. I specialize in working with young adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm also uniquely qualified to work with LGBTQ folks. I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.
I've had the opportunity to work with many young adults to address various concerns. I've worked with folks who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental/learning disabilities, and LGBTQ specific concerns. I enjoy using a combination of modalities in my work.
Therapy is a place to identify and strengthen our skills, improve relationships with ourself and our loved ones, and work through thoughts and habits that may harm us.
