“Early Recovery: Promoting Safety and Self-Care": Established as a Trauma Information Group using the curriculum of renown trauma therapists Herman and Kallivayalil, this group will be held for 10 weeks over telehealth and cover self-contained specific topics. Members will gain a greater understanding of trauma, mental health consequences of victimization, and how to begin the recovery process. The group will provide a framework for understanding trauma so members can begin to master their therapeutic journey. Members will be given handouts/worksheets to support their work, which they can take to their individual therapists for further processing and exploration.

“Overcoming Barriers and Finding Your Voice”: Using a structured curriculum developed by assertive communication guru Randy Paterson, this group will meet by telehealth for 10 weeks. "Support and Accompaniment for Personal Work": This group will gather on Thursday nights by telehealth for 10 weeks, 7-8:30pm, to explore topics such as trust, vulnerability, boundaries, family dynamics, and interpersonal difficulties.
