Yoga, Sound Healing, Flower Ceremony 10/30/24 6pm
Join Jennifer and Yolanda for a relaxing and transformative evening. First, we will offer a flower ceremony, please bring one flower to share for our co-creating, group practice. Next, we will do gentle yoga before embarking on a 61-point meditation. Then, we will provide a sound healing using various instruments: crystal and singing bowls, koshi chimes, bells, flutes, hand and ocean drums. To conclude the evening, we will gather in community to share about the experience and sip on tea; silence is an option too.
