When choosing a clinician it is important to find someone with whom you can experience a sense of safety and trust. I have years of experience supporting others in healing through grief, depression, trauma and burnout as well as in exploring narratives related to family upbringing, culture and spirituality. I also enjoy caring for caregivers of all types (family, clergy, helping professionals) and helping young adults navigate times of transition and change.
Sessions will be tailored to you and your specific needs. I work from an integrative and trauma informed perspective, recognizing the role that our bodies have in somatically holding our stories. I also have additional training in spiritual formation and soul care. Sessions are offered online with sliding scale available.
I am available to schedule a free consultation to discern if meeting together this season could be a good fit for you. I look forward to exploring your story together.
