I approach therapy with the intention of helping you pursue a life of meaning and fulfillment. In my experience, this starts with living authentically. Along the way, many of us learn to hide aspects of ourselves and perform certain roles, which can leave us feeling disconnected and stuck. In therapy, I'll listen without judgment and we'll work together to explore, understand, and welcome in your full, authentic self. Ultimately, this will help you to feel more fulfilled and connected to the world around you.
While I enjoy working with many people, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and issues of identity, as well as those simply curious about therapy. I also enjoy working with couples navigating relationship questions and life transitions.
