Within this group, participants will find a compassionate community for individuals navigating grief's complexities, including its various stages. In this safe environment, participants connect with others on similar paths, offering a flexible framework to process their emotions through the stages of grief. The group promotes emotional healing, personal development, and resilience, recognizing that grief is deeply personal. It offers comfort, empathy, and empowerment, acknowledging the unique journey of healing. By joining "Season of Peace," participants receive support to move towards acceptance and renewal, honoring cherished memories. The group is held at EMDR Transformations Counseling and facilitated by Brandy Stith, LAC.
