men's anger management group
I run a 6 week psychoeducation and process group for men to help cope with anger and emotional management. I provide a safe and supportive environment that focuses on relationships with family members, spouses, children, and all acquaintances to help minimize acting out negatively in anger and increase positive coping strategies and foster communication.
