I recognize that starting is the hardest part. I am here to assist, guide and support client's so they feel empowered, motivated and grounded to handle life's toughest challenges. From life transitions such as moving, break-ups, strained familial dynamics, career-changes, marital concerns, or navigating caregiving responsibilities, we will collaboratively work together to set attainable goals while celebrating success and progress along the way.
I specialize working with teens, college-students, and adults who struggle with depression, generalized anxiety, have a history of trauma, and/or identify as LGBTQIA+. I utilize a combination of Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to cultivate coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and create meaningful & intentional change.
Beginning therapy can be scary and difficult for many. I strive to make my client's feel safe, comfortable, and affirmed throughout our sessions. I hope that each of my client's walk away feeling empowered to be authentic and vulnerable, resilient and confident to handle life's challenges, and more grounded in their identity, purpose and value's.
