Are you feeling overwhelmed? Having trouble coping with life stressors or finding your identity? Ready to take the first step of finding support on your journey to better mental health? As a clinician, I am passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you discover your most authentic self. While prioritizing a positive therapeutic relationship, I use an eclectic approach to tailor treatment to your unique needs. I want you to feel understood and valued while we collaborate to develop the tools needed to cope with your challenges, set healthy boundaries, and increase your quality of life.
I offer individual counseling to teens and adults and have spent multiple years working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. I am DBT and CPT trained, and have extensive experience providing neuropsychological evaluations. I'm especially passionate about working with LGBT+ clients and offering gender-affirming care!
Starting therapy can be scary! We ask you to come in and be vulnerable with someone who you've never met before; I understand how daunting that can be! I value building a connection with my clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space to do the work. I encourage you to reach out and schedule a consultation or appointment to see if I am the right fit.
