I integrate my experiences from over a decade living in Europe, providing a nuanced approach to diverse cultural and relational dynamics.

A hybrid 6-week therapy group for women to discuss all women's health issues, such as painful periods, pain with sex or sexual dysfunction, infertility, pregnancy loss, abortions, mood swings with the cycle, generalized pelvic issues. Hearing other people’s stories can help us feel less alone, we can connect on resources, and get ideas about advocating for ourselves. As the group leader, I work with concerns such as women’s health issues, life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, feelings of failure and relationship challenges with narrative, collaborative, and feminist therapy. $100 for 6 weeks, sliding scale available!
