Life can feel overwhelming at times, and sometimes we need extra support to help us overcome its many challenges. My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are, by providing a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to cultivate self-awareness and relief from whatever is distressing you. Using a strengths-based/empowerment model, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and OCD disorders and work with people of all ages, using evidence-based treatment modalities. If you are ready to find relief and learn new skills to help you cope, we can work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Treatments include; Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), OCD and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Eco-therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-focused Therapy and Substance use/addiction Therapy.
