I have spent my career working with kids, adolescents and their families. I started my career as a high school English teacher, but ultimately realized my passion for mental health and helping adolescents manage their mental health in order to learn and engage fully. Inspired by my teaching experience, I pursued a Master's degree in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling and transitioned from the role of classroom teacher to school counselor. I decided to leave the school system to follow my heart & work full-time for Kairos Wellness Collective in July 2022 shortly after Kairos opened its doors.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference Cognitive Behavior Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method for couples therapy (Levels 1 & 2), along with training in OCD and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP).

I am the Clinical Director of our Boulder and Fort Collins location. I am excited to expand services to Northern Colorado. Along with treating clients for anxiety and OCD, I will also be offering Parent Exposure Response Prevention Training at the Fort Collins location.
