We can help you change your thoughts and challenge core beliefs so you can go to the beach without worrying about your body and feel comfortable in your own skin. We can get to the heart of the matter by exploring anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma so you can go out with your friends or partner without fear and feel free.
I collaborate with doctors and dietitians. I have 7am appointments available and afternoon availability. I submit out of network claims and can check out of network benefits for you. Body Image Group for Young Women (Virtual)
For women in their 20s and 30s, beginning November 13th. Do you hate what you see when you look at yourself in the mirror? Do you have negative thoughts about your body? Do you wish you felt more confident, more worthy? In this virtual 8 week body image group, we'll talk about societal pressures, self esteem, values and priorities, and objectification.
