Providing compassionate, affirming therapy is important to me personally and professionally.

I use research-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, self-compassion, DBT, and Gottman Method Therapy to help you to cope effectively, strengthen your relationship, and build resiliency. I've had years of training in the WPATH Standards of Care and experience with relationship challenges, identity exploration, coping with gender dysphoria, and microaggressions.

It can be difficult to be vulnerable and to open your life up to another person. I take pride in my ability to nurture warm, supportive relationships and to provide an atmosphere that helps you to feel empowered, respected, understood, and ready to change.
